- Billing period: the duration for which the Service is subscribed (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, or multi-year depending on the product).
- Renewal: extension of the Service beyond the initial period, automatic unless the Client requests otherwise.
Article 4 — Catalog and Pricing
The Services offered and their prices are displayed on the website https://teles-hosting.com. Prices are indicated in CFA Francs (XAF), the default currency, and may also be displayed in US Dollars (USD) for informational purposes. In case of discrepancy, the XAF price prevails.
Prices are expressed inclusive of all taxes (TTC), unless explicitly stated otherwise. VAT, where applicable, is applied in accordance with the tax legislation in force at the Provider's place of establishment.
TELES HOSTING reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Services already subscribed retain their price until the end of the current billing period. The price applicable at renewal is the one in effect on the due date.
Certain Services (notably domain names) may be subject to prices regulated by registry operators (TLD registries) and subject to variations beyond the Provider's control.
Article 5 — Order
The Client selects Services via the website, fills in the required information (including identification details and, for domain names, registrant and administrative, technical, and billing contact data), and validates the order.
Before final validation, the Client is presented with a detailed summary of the Services, their price, duration, and total amount. Order validation constitutes irrevocable acceptance of these Terms.
TELES HOSTING reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of reasonable doubt as to the Client's identity, the legitimacy of the information provided, or the compliance of the requested Service with Article 11 (Acceptable Use Policy).
Article 6 — Payment
Payment is due upon ordering, unless otherwise expressly agreed. Accepted payment methods include:
- African Mobile Money: MTN MoMo, Orange Money, Moov Money, Wave, and other operators depending on the country, via our payment aggregators and partner providers;
- International bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via our online payment providers;
- International e-wallets;
- Cryptocurrencies (where applicable, via authorized providers);
- International bank transfer or direct deposit, per the communicated terms.
The list of available payment methods may vary depending on the Client's country and is presented at checkout. TELES HOSTING reserves the right to add, modify, or remove a payment method.
The Service is activated after payment confirmation. For Mobile Money payments, activation occurs after transaction confirmation by the payment provider. In case of payment failure, delay, or dispute, TELES HOSTING may suspend the Service without prejudice to the Provider's rights.
Any invoice unpaid by its due date may result in suspension of the affected Service after a grace period of [5] business days and an email reminder. An invoice remaining unpaid beyond [15] days may result in termination of the Service.
Article 7 — Renewal and Automatic Continuation
Unless explicitly disabled by the Client before the due date, Services are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period. A renewal invoice is issued and notified to the Client by email before the due date.
For domain names, automatic renewal is enabled by default. The Client may disable automatic renewal at any time from the client area. Without renewal, the domain name enters the grace and redemption periods defined by the relevant registry, during which recovery fees may apply.
TELES HOSTING cannot be held liable for the loss of a domain name due to a renewal failure attributable to the Client.
Article 8 — Suspension and Termination
TELES HOSTING may immediately suspend, without notice or compensation, any Service used in violation of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy (Article 11), or the law. This suspension may cover all of the Client's Services.
The Client may terminate a Service at any time from the client area. No refund is due for prepaid periods, unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by TELES HOSTING.
In case of a serious breach by the Provider of its obligations, the Client may request termination with pro-rata refund of unconsumed periods, after a formal notice remains unanswered for [30] days.
Article 9 — Provider Obligations
TELES HOSTING undertakes to:
- provide Services with availability and performance consistent with industry standards;

- provide technical support accessible from the client area or by email at support@teles-hosting.com;
- notify the Client in case of a major incident affecting the availability or security of the Services.
The Provider does not guarantee 100% availability. Scheduled maintenance, incidents attributable to third parties (ISPs, registries, payment providers, datacenters), force majeure, and Client-attributable failures are not considered service interruptions.
Article 10 — Client Obligations
The Client undertakes to:

- maintain the confidentiality of their credentials and immediately notify any compromise;

- not attempt to compromise the security of the infrastructure or access resources not intended for them.
For domain names, the Client undertakes to provide accurate registrant information. Any false declaration may result in suspension or withdrawal of the domain name by the registry, without liability on the part of TELES HOSTING.
Article 11 — Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Use of the Services is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy detailed at https://teles-hosting.com/legal/acceptable-use-policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. Any violation of the AUP constitutes a serious breach justifying immediate suspension.
Article 12 — Intellectual Property
The Client retains all intellectual property rights over the content they host. TELES HOSTING claims no rights over such content.
The Client declares holding all necessary rights to the hosted content and undertakes to indemnify TELES HOSTING against any third-party claims related to intellectual property infringement.
The trademarks, logos, and graphic elements of TELES HOSTING remain the exclusive property of the Provider. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
Article 13 — Liability
TELES HOSTING implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure the continuity and security of the Services. The Provider's liability may only be incurred in case of proven fault.
TELES HOSTING cannot be held liable for:
- indirect damages, loss of revenue, loss of data, commercial harm, or reputational damage;
- service interruptions attributable to third parties, force majeure, or Client fault;
- content hosted by the Client, for which the Client is solely responsible;
- failures of payment providers, domain name registries, or datacenters.
The Provider's liability is capped at the total amount paid by the Client for the affected Service over the last [12] months.
Article 14 — Data Backup
The Client is responsible for backing up their own data. TELES HOSTING offers optional backup services but does not guarantee data recovery without subscription to such a service. The Provider recommends that the Client implement an external backup strategy.
Article 15 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Cameroonian law, TELES HOSTING being established in Cameroon. Notably applicable are Law No. 2010/021 of December 21, 2010 governing electronic commerce, Law No. 2010/013 of December 29, 2010 on cybersecurity and the fight against cybercrime, and Law No. 2024/017 of December 23, 2024 on personal data protection.
Consumer Clients also benefit from the rights recognized by the law of their country of residence, particularly in matters of consumer protection.
